The grapevine seed is a level 95 Farming seed in RuneScape 3. Plant it in a hops patch to grow god grapes. You need 4 seeds for each patch. The vines grow on a wooden frame, which you build by using 5 planks on the patch. Protean planks work for this too.

Each harvest gives a mix of Grapes of Saradomin, Grapes of Guthix, and Grapes of Zamorak. With supercompost, most harvests give 10 grapes, and sometimes 11. The greenfingers aura works on hops patches and can raise your yield even more.

Growth takes 80 minutes across 4 stages of 20 minutes each. Planting gives 230 Farming experience, and harvesting gives 330 more. You can pay a nearby farmer 15 krandorian hops to protect the crop, or check the patch yourself to stop disease. The chance of disease is only about 2 percent at each growth stage.

Treat the patch with compost, supercompost, or ultracompost before you add the frame for the best results. Grapevine seeds are a solid pick for players who want steady Farming experience and useful god grapes at high levels.
