Ground guam is a members-only item in RuneScape 3. It is made by using a pestle and mortar on a clean guam leaf. Making it gives 1 Cooking experience. Its main use is as an ingredient for fish food.
To make fish food, players combine ground guam with ground seaweed on an empty box. Ground guam can also be used with a seaweed-in-a-box to make fish food, or with an empty fish box to make a guam-in-a-box.
Ground guam cannot be used to make potions. For example, players cannot add it to a vial of water and then add eye of newt to make an attack potion. Only clean guam works for that.
Ground guam is tradeable and noteable, and it weighs 0.056 kg. It can also be disassembled with the Invention skill. Disassembly gives 0.1 experience and has a base junk chance of 98.9 percent. It often yields simple parts and rarely yields variable components.
