The Holy scarab pouch is a Summoning pouch in RuneScape 3. It summons the holy scarab, a familiar that helps with Prayer. You need level 80 Summoning to use it, and each summon costs 80 Summoning points.
The holy scarab does not fight. Instead, it slows your Prayer point drain by 50 percent. It stays with you for 64 minutes. Its special move is called Bone Conjure. This move puts a random bone in your backpack. Bones can include big bones, dragon bones, frost dragon bones, and many more.
You can also turn the pouch into Holy scarab scrolls at a Summoning obelisk. Each pouch gives 10 scrolls, or 12 if the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd district of Prifddinas. Pouches can be traded to Bogrog or Lord Amlodd for spirit shards if you have level 83 Summoning.
This pouch is a smart pick for players who use Prayer a lot, such as during long boss fights or Slayer tasks. Less Prayer drain means fewer potions and more time fighting. The pouch is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to buy and carry in bulk.
