The amulet has no combat stat requirements and fits in the amulet slot. On its own it gives no armour, damage, accuracy, or prayer bonuses. Its real value comes from enchanting. Casting the Lvl-6 Enchant spell, which needs level 87 Magic, turns it into the amulet of souls. That amulet gives very high bonuses for all combat styles. It also gives a chance to heal 25 to 50 percent more from Soul Split with each hit, and it makes protection prayers 10 percent more effective.
