Uncut jade is a semi-precious gem in RuneScape 3. It is a members item and is used in the Crafting skill. With level 13 Crafting, you can cut it with a chisel to make a cut jade and earn 20 Crafting experience. There is a chance the gem breaks into a crushed gem, which gives only 5 experience. This chance drops as your Crafting level goes up and stops at level 50.

Cut jade can be made into jade jewellery. This jewellery can be enchanted to give special abilities. You can also sell cut jade to Gabooty's Tai Bwo Wannai Cooperative for 90 trading sticks. Uncut jade only sells for 18 trading sticks, so cutting it first is a smart move. Safta Doc can make a jade machete for you with 3 uncut jade, 1 gout tuber, and 600 trading sticks.

Players can find uncut jade by mining common gem rocks at level 13 Mining, opening geodes, panning at the Varrock Dig Site, or pickpocketing H.A.M. members with level 15 Thieving. Buying uncut jade is a fast way to skip the grind and train Crafting right away.
