Karil's off-hand pistol crossbow is a tier 70 Ranged weapon in RuneScape 3. It goes in the off-hand slot and pairs with Karil's pistol crossbow in the main hand. You need level 70 Ranged to use it. It only fires bolts from a bolt rack.

This crossbow has 1486 accuracy and 336 ability damage. It has the fastest attack speed at 2.4 seconds and a range of 7. It comes from the Barrows minigame, but it does not count toward the Karil set bonus like the other pieces do.

The weapon is degradable. It lasts 100,000 charges of combat before it needs repair, and it does not lose power as it wears down. NPCs like Bob in Lumbridge can repair it, or you can use an armour stand in a player-owned house to pay less based on your Smithing level.

You can also augment it with an augmentor. The augmented version holds one gizmo with up to two perks, so you can boost its power even more. This is a strong dual-wield choice for any ranger at level 70.
