Buy RS3 Masterwork melee platebody

Description

The Masterwork melee platebody is a tier 90 power armour chest piece in RuneScape 3. It is made by a master smith and needs level 90 Defence to wear. It gives 500.9 armour, a 33.7 damage bonus, a prayer bonus of 3, and 2.7% damage reduction in PvP. This makes it a strong pick for melee fighters who want top gear for their body slot.

The platebody degrades over 100,000 charges of combat. It can be fully repaired for up to 2,000,000 coins. Players with high Smithing levels get a discount of 0.5% per level when they repair it at an armour stand, with a whetstone, or with a legendary pet. NPCs like Bob in Lumbridge can also repair it, but they do not give the discount.

This platebody can also be upgraded. With level 99 Smithing and five masterwork melee armour trim pieces, it becomes a trimmed masterwork melee platebody at an anvil or forge. It can also be augmented with an augmentor. A spare platebody is useful too, since it can repair a broken trimmed version. It is part of the masterwork melee equipment set.
