Description
The Moonstone bracelet is a members-only piece of moonstone jewellery in RuneScape 3. It goes in the gloves slot and is tradeable, so it can be bought and sold with other players. On its own, the bracelet is purely cosmetic. It has no combat stats and no level is needed to wear it.
The real value comes from enchanting. With level 68 Magic, the Lvl-5 Enchant spell turns it into a Passing bracelet. The spell uses 1 Cosmic rune, 15 Earth runes, and 15 Water runes. A Lvl-5 enchant tablet also works with no level requirement. The Passing bracelet gives teleports to spots around the City of Um. These include the Hanging Gardens near a mushroom patch, Haunt on the Hill near the dark portal for necrotic runes, and the Reflection Pool near the troll cave and a fishing spot.
Crafting one takes level 79 Crafting, a moonstone, an ensouled bar, and a bracelet mould at a furnace. Since ensouled bars are untradeable, buying the finished bracelet skips those steps. It is a smart pick for players who train Necromancy or want fast travel in the City of Um.
