Description
The Passing bracelet is a members item in RuneScape 3 that teleports you to the City of Um. To use its teleports, you must first complete the Necromancy! quest. The bracelet has unlimited charges, so it never runs out, much like the Ring of Fortune.
It offers three teleport spots. The Hanging Gardens has a mushroom patch you can use with level 80 Necromancy. The Haunt on the Hill has the dark portal for crafting necrotic runes. The Reflection Pool is close to the City of Um troll cave and the ghostly sole fishing spot, which is handy for Fishing training.
The bracelet is made by casting Lvl-5 Enchant on a moonstone bracelet. This needs level 68 Magic and uses one cosmic rune, fifteen earth runes, and fifteen water runes. The spell gives 78 Magic experience. A Lvl-5 enchant scroll can be used instead of the runes.
The Passing bracelet can be worn, traded, and noted. It weighs 0.25 kg. It can also be disassembled for delicate parts, connector parts, and smooth parts, with a small chance of precious and enhancing components. Its examine text reads: "Pulls gently towards the veil."
