The off-hand dragon crossbow is a tier 60 Ranged weapon in RuneScape 3. It goes in your off-hand slot and pairs with the main-hand Dragon crossbow for dual wielding. You need level 60 Ranged to wield it. This is a members-only item.
The crossbow fires bolts with 1132 accuracy and 288 ability damage. It has a range of 7 and attacks at the fastest speed. It weighs 2 kg and is tradeable, so you can buy one instead of making it yourself.
This crossbow also plays a part in making a much stronger weapon. Take it to Ocellus outside the Monastery of Ascension with all six Ascension signets and 100 ascension shards. He will turn it into an Ascension crossbow, a top Ranged weapon.
Making one by hand takes level 94 Fletching. You combine an unstrung Dragon crossbow with a crossbow string for 100 Fletching experience. Players with Invention can also disassemble it for parts like Connector parts, Tensile parts, Spiked parts, Stunning components, and Dextrous components.
