The RS3 Pineapple seed is a Farming seed in RuneScape 3 that grows into a pineapple plant. You need level 51 Farming to plant it in a fruit tree patch. Once the plant is fully grown, it gives you pineapples that you can harvest again and again.
To grow it, place the seed in a plant pot filled with soil using a gardening trowel. Water the seedling and let it grow into a sapling. Then plant the sapling in a fruit tree patch. Planting gives 57 Farming experience. Checking the health of the grown plant gives 4,605.7 experience, and each pineapple you pick gives 21.5 experience.
The plant takes 16 hours to grow. It gives up to 6 pineapples, and each one grows back in 40 minutes. You can pay a gardener 10 watermelons to protect the plant from disease.
Pineapple seeds are a solid pick for players training Farming past level 51. The big experience from checking the plant makes each seed worth planting. The seed is stackable and can also be disassembled for Organic parts or a rare chance at Living components.
