Poorly-cooked bird meat is a food item in RuneScape 3. It heals 200 life points when eaten. Players make it by cooking raw bird meat on a fire or a range. It only takes level 1 Cooking to make and gives 30 Cooking experience.

Members can add an iron spit to raw bird meat to make skewered bird meat instead. Cooking that gives roast bird meat and more Cooking experience. Both foods heal the same amount. This item is not members-only, so any player can use it.

You can also get poorly-cooked bird meat as a drop from Gelatinous abominations, Troll commandos, Troll ranger commandos, and Troll mage commandos.

The item is tradeable, noteable, and edible. It weighs 0.16 kg and has a Grand Exchange buy limit of 1,000. It can be disassembled for materials like Organic parts and Crafted parts, though the junk chance is high at 98.9%. Its examine text says it would have been cooked better as a spit-roast. It is a simple, cheap food that works well for low-level training and early game healing.
