Raw cavefish is a fish item in RuneScape 3. It is caught from cavefish shoals in the Living Rock Caverns under the Dwarven Mine. Catching one needs level 85 Fishing, a fishing rod, and normal fishing bait. Each catch gives 300 Fishing experience. It can also be found in the Warforge with level 83 Archaeology, or level 81 with a cup of soil tea.

With level 88 Cooking, raw cavefish can be cooked into cavefish for 214 Cooking experience. Cooked cavefish heals 2,200 life points. It also boosts a random combat skill by 2 levels, such as Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, Magic, or Necromancy. Cooking gauntlets stop burns at level 94 Cooking.

Raw cavefish has more uses too. With level 87 Divination, it can be made from radiant energy and raw sea turtle. At level 93 Divination, it can be turned into a raw manta ray with luminous energy. Players can also disassemble it for organic parts, with small chances of crafted parts, enhancing components, healthy components, and living components.
