Description

The Raw ghostly sole is a members-only fish in RuneScape 3. It comes from the ghostly sole fishing spot in the City of Um graveyard. Catching one there needs level 66 Fishing, a fishing rod, and fishing bait. The City of Um is only open to players who have finished the Necromancy! quest.

With level 66 Cooking, you can cook the raw fish into a ghostly sole. A cooked ghostly sole heals 1,650 life points, which makes it a solid food choice for combat and skilling. Cooking one gives 160 Cooking experience, but it can burn.

The raw ghostly sole is tradeable and noteable, and it weighs 0.5 kg. It can be disassembled for materials like Organic parts and Crafted parts. It can also go in a trough to make Fishy mush or Variety mush.

This fish ties into fun achievements too. It is used for Food for the Sole, where you catch and cook a ghostly sole in the City of Um, and Sole to Soul, where you feed the ghost cat their favourite fish. Buying raw ghostly soles saves time on fishing trips and keeps your food supply stocked.
