Buy RS3 Ruby harvest jar

Description

The ruby harvest jar is a members item in RuneScape 3. It holds a ruby harvest butterfly. You can use the jar on another player to boost their Attack skill by 4 plus 15% of their level, rounded down. This makes it a handy support item for friends in combat.

Ruby harvest jars also matter for the Summoning skill. They are the tertiary ingredient for forge regent pouches. One pouch takes one ruby harvest jar, one pouch, 141 spirit shards, and one green charm at a Summoning obelisk. You need level 76 Summoning, and each pouch gives 134 experience.

Players normally catch these butterflies near the Piscatoris Hunter area, using fairy ring code AKQ, or west of the Anachronia lodestone. Catching one needs level 15 Hunter, a butterfly net, and a butterfly jar in the backpack. The jars can also come from a box of summoning ingredients, from spirit implings, or from butterfly flower plants grown at level 88 Farming.

Buying a ruby harvest jar skips the hunting trip. It saves time for anyone training Summoning or looking for a quick Attack boost.
