Description
Steel arrows are ranged ammunition in RuneScape 3. You need level 20 Ranged to use them. They work with shortbows and shieldbows and go in the arrows slot. Steel arrows are stronger than iron arrows, with tier 20 stats, 192.0 ability damage, and a max hit of 288.
These arrows are stackable and tradeable, so a big supply is easy to carry and use. They are a solid pick for training Ranged at low to mid levels or for gearing up a new account.
Players can also make steel arrows with level 30 Fletching by combining steel arrowheads with headless arrows. Each action makes 15 arrows and gives 75 Fletching experience. If you wear Ava's accumulator without metal armour, it will pick up your steel arrows and can even add more to your inventory or quiver.
Steel arrows can be disassembled for parts like Head parts, Stave parts, Crafted parts, and Precise components. Poisoned versions also exist for extra damage. Whether you want ammo for combat training or supplies for Fletching, steel arrows are a cheap and useful item to stock up on.
