Description
Super energy (3) is a 3-dose potion in RuneScape 3. Each dose restores 40% of your run energy. This helps you keep running longer, so you spend less time walking and more time playing.
The potion is made with the Herblore skill. It takes level 52 Herblore to mix a clean avantoe and a Mort myre fungus in a vial of water, which gives 117.5 Herblore experience. Super energy comes in 1, 2, 3, and 4 dose sizes, plus a flask that holds 6 doses.
The 3-dose version is extra useful because it is a key ingredient in other potions. At level 84 Herblore, you can combine it with papaya fruit to make an Adrenaline potion (3) for 200 experience. At level 77 Herblore, you can combine it with an Arbuck potion (unfinished) to make a Stamina potion (3) for 175 experience.
Super energy (3) is a members item and it is tradeable. It is a smart pick for players who train Herblore, craft high-level potions, or just want to run around the map without stopping.
