The Teak stock is a Fletching item in RuneScape 3. It is the main part needed to make a steel crossbow. Players cut a teak stock from one teak log with a knife at Fletching level 46. Cutting one grants 27 Fletching experience.
To build a crossbow, attach the teak stock to steel crossbow limbs. This also needs Fletching level 46 and gives 54 experience. The result is an unstrung steel crossbow. Add a crossbow string to finish it and make it ready to use.
The Teak stock is also useful for Invention. It can be disassembled for 6.9 experience and gives 2 materials. Possible materials include connector parts, tensile parts, spiked parts, stunning components, and dextrous components. The base junk chance is 74.7 percent.
The stock weighs 3 kg. It can also be bought at crossbow shops in the game. These shops are Hura's Crossbow Shop in the Dwarven Mine, Hirko's Crossbow Shop in the Keldagrim Marketplace, and Holoy's Crossbow Shop in the White Wolf Mountain Dwarven Tunnel.
