Description
The adamant javelin is members-only Ranged ammunition in Old School RuneScape. It fits in the ammunition slot and is used with the light ballista and heavy ballista. Each javelin has a Ranged Strength bonus of +102, which makes it a strong ammo choice for ballista users.
Like most javelins, adamant javelins can be poisoned. Poisoned versions come in different strengths, such as the p+ variant, which deals more poison damage than basic poison.
Players can make these javelins with the Fletching skill. At level 62 Fletching, attaching 15 adamant javelin tips to 15 javelin shafts creates 15 adamant javelins and gives 150 Fletching experience. The tips are made at level 76 Smithing from adamantite bars, and they also drop from adamant dragons. The javelins can also be bought from the Ranging Guild, the Void Knight Archery Store, or Oobapohk's Javelin Store after Monkey Madness II.
Adamant javelins weigh nothing, so they will not slow you down in combat. A good stack of this ammo lets you use your ballista for longer trips without stopping to restock. It is a solid pick for players who want strong ranged hits at a fair cost.
