Description
The dragon harpoon is a strong fishing tool in Old School RuneScape. You need level 61 Fishing to use it and level 60 Attack to wield it. It catches fish 20% faster than a regular harpoon. At Tempoross, the boost is 5% instead. You can store it in a tackle box.
This harpoon is also a weapon. Its stats are close to the dragon dagger, but it swings one tick slower. It has a special attack called Fishstabber. It uses all of your special attack energy and gives a +3 boost to your Fishing level. If you are already fishing when you use it, you will keep fishing without a break.
The dragon harpoon can be upgraded. Combine it with a smouldering stone to make an infernal harpoon. This needs 75 Fishing and 85 Cooking and cannot be undone. You can also turn it into a crystal harpoon at a singing bowl with 120 crystal shards and a crystal tool seed. This needs level 76 Smithing and Crafting.
