The grimy guam leaf is a herb in Old School RuneScape. It is a herb that has not been cleaned yet. You need level 3 Herblore to clean it. Cleaning it gives you a guam leaf and 2.5 Herblore experience.
Clean guam leaves are useful for training Herblore. They are used to make Attack potions at level 3. They also make Guthix rests at level 18, which need 2 clean guams each. At level 19, they can be turned into guam tar.
Players can also grow grimy guam leaves. You need level 9 Farming to plant a guam seed in a herb patch. Many monsters drop this herb too, and it is very common. You can also get it by thieving from H.A.M. Members or from the Wintertodt crate in noted amounts of 3 to 6.
The grimy guam leaf is tradeable and noteable, but it is not stackable and cannot be worn. It has a value of 13 coins. This herb is a simple way to start early Herblore training in OSRS.
