Inky paint is a very rare drop from krakens at sea. It can drop from the pygmy kraken, spined kraken, armoured kraken, vampyre kraken, and veiled kraken. Even the best drop rate is 1 in 1,500, so this paint is hard to get on your own.

Inky paint has another use too. Players can give it to Trader Stan along with Shark paint, Barracuda paint, Salvor's paint, and Angler's paint. In return, Trader Stan gives merchant's paint.
