Buy OSRS Oak longbow (u)

Description

The Oak longbow (u) is an unstrung oak bow in Old School RuneScape. It is a members-only item that players make with the Fletching skill. To make one, use a knife on oak logs at level 25 Fletching. This gives 25 Fletching experience.

The bow is not finished yet. Add a bowstring to turn it into an oak longbow. Stringing it also needs level 25 Fletching and gives another 25 experience. This makes the Oak longbow (u) a solid pick for players who want to train Fletching at low levels.

Once strung, the oak longbow needs level 5 Ranged to wield. It can fire arrows up to and including steel arrows, and it gives a +14 Ranged attack bonus. It has the same stats as the oak shortbow but fires at a slower speed.

The Oak longbow (u) is tradeable and noteable, but it cannot be equipped and does not stack. It weighs 1.332 kg. Spiritual rangers can drop it in groups of 12. Buy Oak longbows (u) to skip woodcutting and train Fletching fast, or to string and sell as finished bows.
