Description
The pizza base is a food ingredient in Old School RuneScape. It is the first step in making a pizza. Players make one by using a pot of flour with a bucket of water, a bowl of water, or a jug of water. It can also be bought from Tony's Pizza Bases in the Bandit Camp.
With a Cooking level of 35, a player can add a tomato to a pizza base to make an incomplete pizza. Adding cheese next makes an uncooked pizza, which can then be cooked. The tomato must go on first, then the cheese.
The pizza base is a free-to-play item, so every player can use it. It is tradeable and noteable, which makes it easy to move in bulk. It is not stackable and cannot be worn. It weighs only 0.1 kg and is not tied to any quest.
Buying pizza bases saves time for players who want to train Cooking or make food to eat. With a stock of bases on hand, a player can skip the flour and water step and go straight to making pizzas.
