Description

Silver bolts are ranged ammunition in Old School RuneScape. You can fire them from an iron crossbow or any better crossbow. They have a Ranged Strength bonus of +36. This is higher than blurite bolts but lower than iron bolts.

Silver bolts count as silver weaponry. This makes them special. They are one of the few ammo types that can kill Vampyre Juvinates well. If you fight these monsters, silver bolts are a smart pick.

These bolts are members-only. They are stackable, so a big pile takes up just one inventory slot. They are also tradeable and weigh nothing, so you can carry as many as you want with no extra load.

Players can make silver bolts in the game, but it takes work. You need level 21 Crafting to shape a silver bar into unfinished bolts at a furnace with a bolt mould. Then you need level 43 Fletching to add feathers and finish them. Buying them ready to use skips all of that.

Grab a stack of silver bolts and load your crossbow. They are a solid choice for ranged combat and a must-have for hunting Vampyre Juvinates.
