This can be nasturtiums, marigolds, or flowers from mithril seeds. Imp repellent helps players when hunting implings. Making imp repellent is the only use for anchovy oil in the game.

Players can make anchovy oil themselves. First, they grind cooked anchovies with a pestle and mortar to make anchovy paste. Then they use the paste with a sieve and an empty vial. The oil goes into the vial. Players can also empty the vial and use it again for another liquid.

Anchovy oil is tradeable and noteable. It can be disassembled. It cannot be worn and it does not stack. It weighs 0.035 kg. The item came to the game on 11 June 2007. Its item ID is 11264. Its examine text reads: "Omega 3 oil. Good for the brain, not so for the nose."
