Apex hide boots are tier 85 ranged tank armour for the feet slot in RuneScape 3. They need level 99 Ranged to wear. The boots do not degrade, so they never need repairs. They are a members item and can be traded.
The boots give 108.9 armour, a life points bonus of 425, and 1.98% damage reduction against monsters. They are part of the apex hide armour set, which also includes the cowl, body, chaps, and vambraces. The hides used to make this armour come from Big Game Hunter in Havenhythe.
The boots can be upgraded from +1 to +5 with more apex leather. Each upgrade raises the armour tier, from tier 85 up to tier 90. At +5, the boots give 122.9 armour and 450 life points. Each upgrade tier needs twice as much leather as the one before it.
