Apex sinew is a crafting material in RuneScape 3. It is a members-only item, and its examine text calls it an "Incredibly tough sinew." It is tradeable and noteable, and it can be disassembled.

Players make apex sinew by cooking raw giant chinchompa meat or raw giant kebbit meat at a range. This needs level 90 Cooking and gives 20 Cooking experience per piece. A portable range can double the output, and so can the modified sous chef's toque.

The main use for apex sinew is making apex hide armour. It is needed for the apex hide body, boots, chaps, cowl, and vambraces. Each of these pieces needs level 100 Crafting. Apex sinew can also be used at a spinning wheel with thread and regular sinew to make masterwork sinew. This needs level 110 Crafting and gives 10 Crafting experience. Two apex sinew make 10 masterwork sinew.

Apex sinew has a buy limit of 1,000. It has a high alchemy value of 300, a low alchemy value of 200, and a store value of 500. It weighs 0.001 kg, so it is very light to carry.
