Description

Birdhouses are a fast way to train Hunter in RuneScape 3. You place a birdhouse in a plot, add seeds, and wait. The birdhouse fills with birds on its own. When you empty it, you get Hunter XP plus rewards like bird's nests, feathers, and raw bird meat. Nests can hold rings, seeds, eggs, and even Imcando hatchet parts.

Birdhouses are made from logs and a piece of clockwork. Higher log tiers give more XP. A regular birdhouse needs level 5 Hunter and gives 18 XP. An eternal magic birdhouse needs level 101 Hunter and gives 1,255 XP, which can reach over 200,000 XP per hour. You do not need Crafting or Fletching levels to use one. You only need the Hunter level to place it.

All eight birdhouse plots are on the island of Havenhythe, so you must progress the Visions of Havenhythe quest to reach them. One lap of all eight plots takes about three minutes, so you can empty around 160 birdhouses per hour. When you empty a birdhouse, the clockwork goes back to your backpack. Birdhouses are members only and tradeable.
