The cannonball cabbage is a mega produce version of the cabbage in RuneScape 3. It is a members item that is tradeable and noteable. Players grow it from regular cabbage seeds in allotment patches at level 7 Farming. To harvest one, a player must first drink a harvest potion. Once the potion is active, the cannonball cabbage can be picked.

This cabbage is a key part of high level cooking. At level 99 Cooking, players use it on a range to make a primal starter, which gives 800 experience. The primal starter also needs raw oculi apoterrasaur meat, rainbow sweetcorn, and a sweet potato. The primal starter is then used to make a primal feast. The cannonball cabbage can also go in a compost bin to make compost.

Unlike a common cabbage, this one cannot be eaten. Its in-game text says it is more likeable than the common cabbage. The item weighs 0.453 kg and its item ID is 48931.
