Description

The Croesus sporehammer is a rare drop from Croesus, the giant fungal skilling boss in the Elder God Wars Dungeon in RuneScape 3. It is an ancient hammer that is corrupt and in need of repair. It is a members-only item. It is tradeable and noteable, but it cannot be equipped.

The main use for the sporehammer is smithing Tagga's corehammer at an anvil. This needs level 80 Smithing and gives 10,000 Smithing experience. Along with the sporehammer, the recipe also uses 4 Bane bars, 2,500 Croesus flakes, 5 Calcified fungus, and 5 Fungal algae.

The sporehammer sits on the Croesus unique drop table. That table also holds the incomplete parts of cryptbloom armour, the Croesus foultorch, the Croesus spore sack, and the Scripture of Bik. It drops at a rate between 1 in 5,400 and 1 in 441. Getting it counts toward the achievement "Some Fungi are Only Edible Once," which unlocks the title "the Infected."

The item can also be disassembled for Invention. It gives 2.4 disassembly experience with a base junk chance of 2.3 percent. It can give Base parts, Head parts, Smooth parts, Heavy components, and Strong components.
