Fish offcuts are slices of inedible fish in RuneScape 3. Players get them by cutting open a leaping trout, leaping salmon, or leaping sturgeon with a knife. Higher level fish give offcuts more often than lower level fish. Making offcuts gives no Cooking experience. Only roe or caviar, which can appear at the same time, gives Cooking experience.

Offcuts work as fish bait. They are used most at barbarian fishing spots. If a player has more than one type of barbarian bait, offcuts are used first, then roe, then caviar. Feathers and fishing bait are used before offcuts. With a stack of offcuts, a player can stay at the fishing spot almost without stopping. This makes barbarian fishing the fastest way to gain Fishing experience.

Fish offcuts are stackable and tradeable, and they weigh nothing. They are members-only items. They can also be disassembled for 0.1 Disassembly XP.
