Hammerstone hops are a farming crop in RuneScape 3. Their main use is brewing Dwarven Stout. At level 19 Brewing, you can mix 4 Hammerstone hops with ale yeast, 2 buckets of water, 2 barley malt, and 8 beer glasses in a Brewery to make 8 Dwarven stout. The same recipe in calquat kegs makes 2 Dwarven stout (4). Adding The Stuff can produce mature versions of the drink.

These hops have other uses too. You can pay a farmer 15 Hammerstone hops to watch over a barberry bush. You can also put them in a compost bin to make compost, or use them in a trough to make flowery mush or variety mush.

Players can grow Hammerstone hops from 4 Hammerstone seeds in a hops patch at level 4 Farming, earning 9 experience for planting. The item is free to play, tradeable, and noteable, and it weighs 0.028 kg. It can also be disassembled, giving mostly Organic parts with small chances of other components.

Hammerstone hops are a simple, low level item that supports Farming and Brewing training in RS3.
