Leather boots are made from soft leather with the Crafting skill. At level 43 Crafting, players can add steel studs to turn them into studded leather boots for 40 Crafting experience. They can also be found while big net fishing at level 16 Fishing, and they spawn in spots like the Lumbridge Castle cellar and the Wizards' Tower.
