Description
The Necronium ore box is a members-only item in RuneScape 3 that stores ores while you mine. It holds every ore from copper up to necrite, plus phasmatite, silver, and gold ore. It also stores an unlimited number of matching stone spirits. With this box, you can stay at a mining spot longer because ores go into the box instead of filling your backpack.
The box holds 100 of each ore at first. As your Mining level goes up, most ores gain 20 more space, for a total of 120. Silver and gold ore stay at 100. Finishing the Everything Is Oresome and Everything Is Still Oresome achievements adds another 30 space, so most ores can reach 150.
The Fill option loads all unnoted ores and stone spirits from your backpack in one click. You can empty the box into a bank, a bank deposit box, or the metal bank. The box is tradeable, can be noted, and weighs only 0.025 kg.
Players can also make this box at an anvil with 70 Smithing, using an orikalkum ore box and two necronium bars. At 80 Smithing, it can be upgraded to a bane ore box with two bane bars.
