The pizza base is a cooking ingredient in RuneScape 3. It is the first step in making any pizza. Players can make one by mixing a pot of flour with water, but it takes level 35 Cooking. Buying pizza bases saves that step and lets you get right to cooking.
To make a pizza, add a tomato to the base first, then add cheese. This gives you an uncooked pizza. Cook it on a range or a large oven to get a plain pizza. A plain pizza heals 700 life points and gives 143 Cooking experience. Pizzas often heal more than other foods made at the same level.
You can add toppings at higher levels for better food. Anchovy pizza at level 55 heals 1374 life points and is the best healing food for free players. Pineapple pizza at level 65 heals 1624 life points. Banana pizza at level 85 heals 1800 life points.
Pizza bases are tradeable and can be noted, so a big stack is easy to carry. They are a smart pick for players who want fast Cooking experience or a supply of strong healing food.
