A pot of flour is a Cooking item in RuneScape 3. It is ground-up wheat stored in a pot. No Cooking level is needed to gather it, so any player can use it.
Flour is a key cooking ingredient. Mix it with water to make dough. Dough is used to bake bread, pies, cakes, cheesecakes, pizzas, kebabs, and biscuits. Flour can also be mixed with swamp tar and cooked on a fire to make swamp paste. Some quests need flour, and players with 70 Summoning use it to infuse ravenous locust pouches.
Players can make flour by milling wheat in a windmill and filling an empty pot from the flour bin. Filling a pot gives 1 Cooking experience. Oak and teak larders in a player-owned house kitchen can also give unlimited pots of flour.
The pot of flour is tradeable and can be turned into a bank note. It is not stackable and cannot be worn. It weighs 1.36 kg. It can be disassembled, and it almost always gives Simple parts, with a small chance of Variable components. This item is a simple, useful pick for training Cooking or stocking up for quests.
