Description
The Ward of Subjugation is an off-hand magic shield in RuneScape 3. It is a tier 70 shield that needs level 70 Defence to wear. It is the magic version of the Bandos warshield and the Armadyl buckler.
This shield gives 297 armour, 35 extra life points, and a 7% damage reduction against monsters. It also gives a Prayer bonus of 1. Its stats match the Crystal ward, but the Crystal ward has no prayer bonus. It also matches a fully charged magic dragonfire shield with a small Prayer bonus added.
The ward is part of the Robes of Subjugation set. You can join it with the other set pieces at a Grand Exchange clerk to make the full set. You can also add an Augmentor to make an Augmented ward of subjugation.
In the game, this shield drops from K'ril Tsutsaroth and his minions in the God Wars Dungeon. It is a rare drop, so it can take a long time to get on your own. The Ward of Subjugation is a strong pick for any mage who wants solid defence and a bit of Prayer bonus.
