Description

Raw kyatt is a hunter meat in Old School RuneScape. It comes from sabre-toothed kyatts, which need level 55 Hunter to hunt. These creatures always drop raw kyatt. You can also get it in noted pairs from Hunters' loot sacks of any tier, including basic, adept, expert, master, and supplies.

You can cook raw kyatt with level 51 Cooking after finishing 25 Hunters' Rumours. A good cook gives you a cooked kyatt and 143 Cooking experience. If it fails, you get a burnt large beast instead.

Raw kyatt has other uses too. You can give it to Soar Leader Pitri to gain two charges on a quetzal whistle. You can also mix it with butterfly items to make butterfly mix potions. This works with the black warlock, moonlight moth, ruby harvest, sapphire glacialis, snowy knight, and sunlight moth.

Raw kyatt is tradeable on the Grand Exchange and can be noted. It cannot be equipped or stacked, and it weighs 0.34 kg. It is a smart pick for players who want Cooking experience, potion supplies, or whistle charges without hunting the kyatts themselves.
