Description

The uncooked meat pie is a food item in Old School RuneScape. It is made by adding cooked meat or cooked chicken to a pie shell. It is not ready to eat yet. You need to bake it on a cooking range to turn it into a meat pie.

Baking an uncooked meat pie needs level 20 Cooking. Each pie that cooks well gives 110 Cooking experience. This makes uncooked meat pies a good way to train Cooking at low levels. There is a chance the pie will burn, but the burn rate drops as your Cooking level goes up. Pies stop burning at level 54, or level 49 on the Lumbridge Castle range after Cook's Assistant. The Bake Pie spell from the lunar spellbook always cooks the pie without burning it.

Once cooked, a meat pie heals 12 Hitpoints in total. It has two bites, and each bite heals 6. A pie dish is left over after both bites.

The uncooked meat pie is tradeable and noteable. It is available to free-to-play players, so anyone can use it to train Cooking or make cheap food.
