Buy OSRS Unstrung emblem

Description

The unstrung emblem is a members-only item in Old School RuneScape. It is the first step in making an unholy symbol of Zamorak. Players make it by using a silver bar on a furnace while holding an unholy mould. This needs level 17 Crafting and gives 50 Crafting experience for each emblem made.

Use a ball of wool on an unstrung emblem to turn it into an unpowered symbol. This gives 4 Crafting experience. Players with level 80 Magic can also use the String Jewellery spell to do this. The spell uses 5 water runes, 10 earth runes, and 2 astral runes, and gives 83 Magic experience plus 4 Crafting experience.

The unpowered symbol can then be blessed into an unholy symbol. The Spirit of Scorpius at the Grave of Scorpius will bless it for players who have finished the Observatory Quest. Players with an Unholy book or a Book of balance and at least level 50 Prayer can bless their own symbols. Each blessing costs 4 Prayer points.

The unstrung emblem is tradeable and noteable. It does not stack and weighs almost nothing, so it is easy to carry and bank.
