Description
The iron ore box is a handy tool for mining in RuneScape 3. It stores copper ore, tin ore, and iron ore while you mine. It also holds an unlimited amount of copper, tin, and iron stone spirits. This means less time running to the bank and more time mining.
The box holds 100 of each ore at first. As your Mining level goes up, it can hold more. At Mining level 7, the box holds 20 more copper and tin ore. At level 18, it holds 20 more iron ore. Finishing the Everything Is Oresome and Everything Is Still Oresome achievements adds even more space. With all upgrades, the box can hold up to 150 of each ore.
The Fill option loads all matching ores and stone spirits from your backpack into the box. You can empty the box into a bank, a bank deposit box, or the metal bank. You can also add it to your action bar for quick filling.
The iron ore box is free to make for all players. It needs level 10 Smithing, a bronze ore box, and 2 iron bars at an anvil. It can later be upgraded to a steel ore box.
